Dogology Dogs offers a complete approach to pet care with group dog walks led by Lesley and in-home dog sitting by Katya, both under the supervision of Head Trainer Jo, ensuring stress-free, reward-based experiences that allow us to truly get to know your dog.
Dog Walking
We believe large groups of dogs thrown together in the back of a van and let loose in the countryside is a recipe for disaster. So we created our own, trainer led, dog walking service.

Lesley has passed the IMDT Professional Dog Walking Certification.
Here are some of the benefits of choosing us:
- As an IMDT Certified Dog Walking Professional, Lesley has studied canine welfare, canine behaviour and behaviour change, introducing dogs to each other, dog body language, handling, knowledge of the law, risk assessments, and numerous small considerations that are often overlooked.
- Dogs are walked in our own secure 1.5 acre dog field, where they can run, play, and socialise with other dogs in a safe environment.
- Maximum of five dogs at a time, so your dog will get the attention and care they deserve.
- Dogs are matched by their personality, temperament, and energy level. Our Head Trainer Jo will assess each dog and assign them to a suitable group.
- Our dog walker Lesley will have regular check-ins with Jo to discuss any training issues that can potentially be improved during the walks.
- Lesley is insured and has completed a course in Canine First Aid.
- Dogs are transported in a vehicle with separate secure areas.

Dog Sitting
Leaving your dog at home can be stressful for both you and your dog. By booking with us, you’re choosing a kind, trainer led approach that prioritises reward-based methods to minimise stress, all in the comfort of your own home.
Plus, head trainer Jo will be checking in on your dogs daily to ensure everything is going smoothly and your pet is well-cared for. Katya, our trainee trainer, will be providing the dog sitting services, fully supported by Head Trainer Jo.

Big Welcome to Katya! Our talented trainee dog trainer who has been volunteering with us since 2021. Katya is a remarkable young individual with impressive skills for her age.
In-Home Dog Sitting
Under the guidance of our head trainer, Katya will be offering dog sitting in the comfort of your home, ensuring your dog can stick to their regular routine. Katya will have daily check-ins with Jo to ensure everything is going smoothly and is more than capable of maintaining, or even teaching, basic dog training skills.
Safety and Assurance
Katya is fully insured and has completed a qualification in canine first aid, so your pet, and your house, will be in safe hands.
Availability
Our dog sitting services are available by the hour, for full days, and overnight stays in Hertford, Ware, and the surrounding villages.
